Satori Analytics CEO, Michael Georgakopoulos was invited among distinguished speakers to address the CX Summit 2022 organized by Boussias.
Provocatively entitled “Data or Doom”, his presentation stressed:
• The importance of using data and analytics in order to run a successful CX
strategy.
• The key challenges that prevent businesses from deploying them.
Michael presented some interesting key findings from a series of interviews Satori Analytics conducted with the participation of Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and Consumer Insights professionals. Interestingly, it was found that only ¼ of the organizations under research systematically perform advanced, real value-adding customer analytics, like churn prevention algorithm, cross/up sell etc. Professionals were also asked to define the main reasons which prevent them from fully utilizing data and analytics for their CX strategy.
