Working with Vodafone’s data science team we onboarded fresh talent to expand their internal capacity to run customer analytics algorithms used across various business tribes within Vodafone.
Our upskilling team was responsible for identifying the right individuals to fit Vodafone’s culture but also with the necessary technical depth and skills. We then made sure to smoothly onboard the new resources, getting their hands dirty from the onset and with as minimal friction as possible. Providing insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
